Haloodies' halal British chicken wings are a classic and staple at every dinner table. Our master butcher and his team have carefully crafted the prime and flat wing so can get maximum use and flavour from your dish. From grade A chickens, our wings are ideal to cook with a buffalo glaze, roasted and served with a dipping sauce, or simply in a curry for a heart warming dish. Having meat on the bone is always more flavor some and these wings are delicious for all your finger food creations.

Storage

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Always store fresh meat away from cooked meats. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month.  Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

TO OVEN COOK. 180°C/400°F/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 6. Do not cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to 180°C/400°F/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 6. Brush the chicken with oil and season with salt and pepper (optional). To seal the meat, preheat a frying pan over a high heat and carefully place the chicken in the dry pan for 2 minutes, turn and cook for a further 1 minute. Transfer to an ovenproof tray and cook in the preheated oven for a further 15-20 minutes, turning twice. Always ensure the food is cooked throughout before serving. Ensure juices run clear, if pink cook a little longer and test again. Do not reheat. Once cooked, place on a warm dish. Let it rest for 20 minutes before carving for best results.
